As a follow up to my previous note, NYS has implemented an on-line poll for you to choose which of the two refund options you prefer.  To access this poll please click here:

Once you have logged in you will see a button under Options “Edit Credit/Refund Options.”  Click there and make your selection.

Norwood Youth Soccer plans to issue refunds to your credit cards the week of May 11.  To ensure that we can do that we ask that you confirm your choice NO LATER THAN May 10.  If we do not have your selection at that time, we will default your selection to a refund.

I know many of you have already emailed me with your selection.  I need you all to please follow the instructions above so we can accurately track your choice.

Again, as we are a non-profit group, we will need to hold back a small portion of each registration to cover the transaction costs we have already incurred for the spring, which amounts to $16 per child registered.

The NYS board has decided that we can offer our families two options:

  • A refund of the registration fees paid, less the $16 per child in transaction costs incurred
  • A full credit towards a future season

 For those choosing the Refund option, the net refund amounts will be as follows: 

  • Pre-K/Kindergarten - $59
  • Grades 1-3 - $74
  • Travel - $104
