How to Become a Coach for NYS
The process is as follows:
Step 1: Register on the Mass Youth Soccer's website and get CORI checked:
https://secure.sportsaffinity.com/reg/index.asp?sessionguid=&domain=ma%2Dcori%2Eaffinitysoccer%2Ecom
Step 2: Familiarize yourself with policies listed on the Mass Youth Soccer website:
The policies can be found here.
Step 3: Sign the NYS Community Expectations Form:
In an effort to keep zero tolerance and RAPP complaints to a minimum, we have created the NYS Community Expectations.
In addition to adult registration, before you can coach, you need to review the policies and sign the form.
We are also asking that this information be passed along to your team, including the players and the spectators.
As a coach, we hope that you will communicate this information to your teams and maintain these expectations as the season progresses.
