Our club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, coaches, officials, parents, and volunteers. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
Definition of Abuse
Abuse can be physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual in nature. It also includes bullying, harassment, and discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, religion, ability, or any other protected characteristic.
Reporting Abuse
If you witness or experience any form of abuse during a club activity or through communication channels affiliated with the club, please report it immediately to the designated club official. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
Consequences
Any individual found to be in violation of this policy may face disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent removal from the club and its events.
